Payment Flow and Delivery Policy
 
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver the items in 1-3 working days. 1 working day dispatch and 2 working days delivery for a 2nd class service and 1 working day delivery for a 1st class service.
 
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch.

Refund / Cancellation Policy 
 
If the item is not dispatched yet, we can cancel the order if you require us to. 
If the item is dispatched and out for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order however we accept the return for a refund.
 
We accept goods in return for whatever reason. All we ask is the returns must be within 28 days of delivery and the items should be returned in the same condition as sent. 
 
Please contact us before any return and when you send the item make sure you include a note with your name and details. It is your responsibility to pay for the postage of returning the item back to us.
 
A refund will only be given once we have received and inspected the goods. The refund will be the listed price of the item without any postage & packaging costs. 
 
However, if you received a faulty item and the fault lies on us we will give a full refund, postage & packaging costs included. 

All of our goods are pre-checked and packed to ensure you receive a perfect product.
