Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver the items in 1-3 working days. 1 working day dispatch and 2 working days delivery for a 2nd class service and 1 working day delivery for a 1st class service.

Shipping price is: £2.99 / per item for 48 hours Delivery Service and £3.99 / per item for 24 hours Delivery Service.

Payment is required in full prior to dispatch.

Returns are not accepted for Mystery items! Because we offer free delivery and also a consistent value product, these already exceed the price paid therefore Returns will be not be accepted.

Most of our styles are standard size and width unless otherwise stated in the full product description. Just in case they don't fit, we accept free UK returns and exchanges.
